To the extent we collect sensitive personal information (such as professional license numbers, financial account information, or precise geolocation data), we use it only for purposes authorized by the CCPA, including performing requested services and ensuring security and integrity. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. We will not deny you services, charge you different prices, provide a different level of service, or suggest that you will receive a different level of service for exercising your rights.
9.7 How to Exercise Your Rights
To exercise any of these rights, you may submit a verifiable consumer request by emailing

You may also designate an authorized agent by providing written authorization. We will respond to verifiable requests within forty-five (45) days. If we require more time (up to an additional forty-five days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing.
9.8 California “Shine the Light” Law
Under California Civil Code Section 1798.83, California residents may request information regarding disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Eleuva LLC does not disclose personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
